当今,教学仍在分数论英雄的压力下,重“结果”而轻“过程”是教育现状的必然规律。因此,在初中数学课堂上对数学概念的形成过程、定理定律的发现与演绎过程、质疑的释疑过程、解题方法的探究与优化过程、数学思维方法的提炼过程等出现缺失。怎样才能通过教研改进这种教学现状?通过传统教研方式的反思,采用“四阶段”教研方式,就可以有效促进教师观念与行为的良性发展。本文以“一元二次方程”为案例,通过“四阶段”教研方式的基本过程实录,旨在对创新教研形式和提升教师的学科素养有所帮助,也为各位教育同仁提供茶余饭后的教研谈资。
