我厂生产船用电扇,主要用于远洋海轮,对噪声有一定要求。为了解决国产微型滚动轴承所带来的噪声问题,多年来一直在探索解决措施。国产滚动轴承能适用于低噪声技术要求的不超过30%,一般轴承的噪声级都在40dB以上,甚者有超过60dB的。曾采用铜基粉末冶金的含油轴承,但电机主轴必须两端进行热处理,技术要求H_(RC)35~40,变形量大,报废率高。为此,经反复探索与研究,决定采用有机氟以替代滚动轴承。
I plant production of marine fans, mainly for ocean-going seagoing vessels, there is a certain noise requirements. In order to solve the noise caused by domestic miniature rolling bearings, we have been exploring solutions for many years. Domestic roller bearings can be applied to low-noise technical requirements of not more than 30%, the general bearing noise level is above 40dB, worse than 60dB. Copper-based powder metallurgy oil bearing has been used, but the motor shaft must be heat-treated at both ends, technical requirements H_ (RC) 35 ~ 40, large deformation, high rejection rate. To this end, after repeated exploration and research, decided to use organic fluorine instead of rolling bearings.
