为响应公司战略转型,实现价值化发展,以“优管理、强能力、创价值”为目标,南方基地用市场化手段解决运营难题,围绕产品、定价、结算和效益评价四步法,设计应用基于业财融合的市场化结算体系,以期与服务受益单位建立市场化契约关系,统一各方权责利。这一体系的设计应用提升了南方基地内部运营效率,推动利益双方实现整体价值最大化,彰显运营价值。本文对此进行探讨。
In order to respond to the strategic transformation of the company and achieve the value development, with the goal of “excellent management, strong ability and value creation”, Southern Base solved the operational problems with market-oriented measures. Focusing on the four-step method of product evaluation, pricing, Design and application of market-based settlement system based on the industry and finance, with a view to establishing a market-based contractual relationship with the service beneficiary units and unifying the rights and responsibilities of all parties. The design and application of this system has improved the internal operational efficiency of the Southern Base and promoted the maximization of the overall value of both sides of the interest and the enhancement of the operation value.
