为了实现抽油机井或螺杆泵井的生产优化控制,确定了以合理沉没度为控制目标,通过油井示功图和动液面的自动监测和跟踪,进行实时监测的思路。结合单井远程监控技术,研发出机采井供排协调控制技术,通过建立的供排协调控制模型及监控程序,采用GPRS移动通讯技术,实现了油井动液面实时监测、泵况诊断,并对机采系统自动进行适时调参。现场应用表明,该技术实现了油井举升系统的供排协调生产,使油井始终维持在合理沉没度状态下生产,达到了高效生产、节能降耗的目的,为油田科学采油提供了一种切实可行的闭环自动控制技术手段,满足了采油生产过程和数字化油田对自动化控制的要求。
In order to realize the production control of pumping well or screw pump well, the idea of using real subsidence as control target and real-time monitoring through oil well dynamometer and automatic liquid level monitoring and tracking was established. Combined with single-well remote monitoring technology, research on coordinated control technology of machine-supplied well for supply and discharge was developed. By using GPRS mobile communication technology, the real-time monitoring and pump condition diagnosis of oil well was realized through the established supply and discharge coordination control model and monitoring program.
