多年来溶剂萃取-原子吸收法已做了大量研究工作,离子交换-原子吸收法也有不少文章,简单的直接蒸发-原子吸收法未见报道。垣山仁夫等采用了溶剂萃取法测定多种元素,然而多元素同时萃取时,pH值难取得一致,有些元素在测定中经常不稳定。为了简便、准确同时测定水中铁、钴、镍、锰、铅、铬、铜、锌和镉九种元素,我们对直接蒸发浓集试样的方法进行研究。不用化学处理,通过加入抑制剂,在空气-乙炔火焰中,不仅抑制了干扰,而且提高了铬的分析灵敏度。在天然水、饮用水、工业用水和污水中九元素的分析测定中,没有分子吸收的干扰和因粘度引起的物理干扰,收到较好的效果。
Many years of solvent extraction - atomic absorption method has done a lot of research work, ion exchange - atomic absorption method, there are many articles, a simple direct evaporation - atomic absorption method has not been reported. Iseki Renfu and other solvent extraction method for the determination of a variety of elements, however, simultaneous extraction of multiple elements, the pH is difficult to obtain consistent, and some elements in the determination of often unstable. In order to determine the nine elements of iron, cobalt, nickel, manganese, lead, chromium, copper, zinc and cadmium in water easily and accurately, we studied the direct evaporation of concentrated samples. Without chemical treatment, addition of inhibitors, in the air-acetylene flame, not only suppressed the interference but also increased the analytical sensitivity of chromium. In natural water, drinking water, industrial water and sewage nine elements in the determination, there is no interference of molecular absorption and viscosity due to physical interference, received good results.
