随着社会的变革和发展,市场竞争变的愈发激烈,因此,企业要想在这样的环境中稳步持续发展就要提高其服务质量,而对于我国的电力企业也不例外。在市场竞争中,客户是由关重要的,通过分析客户价值来提高服务质量来满足电力公司市场化发展的需要,从而提高提升其市场竞争力。因此,本文首先通过对电力客户价值进行分析,然后就电力服务中客户价值应用性进行了详细阐述,以供同行探讨。
With the changes and development of society, market competition has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to develop steadily and sustainably in such an environment, it must improve its service quality, and it is no exception for China’s power companies. In the market competition, the customer is important, through the analysis of customer value to improve service quality to meet the needs of the power company’s market-oriented development, so as to improve its market competitiveness. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the value of power customers, and then elaborates on the application of customer value in power services for the discussion of peers.
