100只2.5月龄清洁级SD雄性大鼠分为3组:A组45只,B组22只,C组33只。A组大鼠膀胱内注入血清8型溶脲脲原体菌株T960;B组除与A组同样处理外,且在接种后3个月给予美满霉素(20~100mg/kg),连续14d;C组为对照组,每只动物给予等量溶脲脲原体液体培养基。结果:A组87.5%、B组20%的动物膀胱组织的溶脲脲原体培养阳性,C组为阴性;A、B两组有极显著差异(P<0.001),表明美满霉素能有效地抑制溶脲脲原体。A组膀胱结石检出率为40%,B组为35%,C组为零;A、B两组无明显差异(P>0.1)。
100 male 2.5-month-old clean SD male rats were divided into 3 groups: A group of 45, B group 22, C group 33. A group of rats were injected intravesical inoculation of serotype 8 Ureaplasma urealyticum strain T960; group B was treated with minocycline (20-100 mg / kg) 3 months after vaccination except for the same treatment as group A for 14 days; Group C as control group, each animal was given the same amount of liquid urease of Ureaplasma urealyticum. Results: A group of 87.5%, B group 20% of animal bladder tissue of Ureaplasma urealyticum culture positive, C group was negative; A, B two groups were significantly different (P <0.001), indicating that the Mycophenolate can effectively inhibit ureaplasma urealyticum. The detection rate of bladder stones in group A was 40%, in group B was 35%, and in group C was zero. There was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.1).
