1.改进原因目前履带式推土机的终传动装置普遍采用如图1所示结构传递动力。终传动装置左侧结构如下:半轴2的左端穿过终传动壳体的装配孔(过盈配合),并通过螺母1锁固。托座9通过滑动轴承安装在半轴的左端并与行走架连接。大齿圈轮毂5通过2套轴承(4、8)安装于半轴上,大齿圈轮毂5与链齿轮毂6通过平键连接。大齿圈10通过螺栓与大齿圈轮毂5连接,链齿7通过螺栓与链齿轮毂6连接。终传动装置右侧结构与左侧相同。
1. Improvements The current track-type tractor bulldozers generally use the structure shown in Figure 1 to transmit power. The left side of the final drive is structured as follows: The left end of the axle 2 passes through the mounting hole (interference fit) of the final drive housing and is secured by the nut 1. The bracket 9 is mounted on the left end of the axle through a sliding bearing and connected to the traveling carriage. The large gear ring hub 5 is mounted on the half shaft through two sets of bearings (4, 8), and the large gear ring hub 5 and the sprocket hub 6 are connected by a flat key. The ring gear 10 is connected to the ring gear hub 5 through a bolt, and the element 7 is connected to the sprocket hub 6 by a bolt. The right side of the final drive has the same structure as the left.
