目的:探讨超声检查在产前筛查和诊断胎儿畸形中的临床应用价值。方法:对2006年6月至2008年7月孕13周~38周系统胎儿超声检查254例胎儿畸形进行回顾性分析。结果:神经系统畸形28例,消化系统畸形29例,泌尿系统畸形26例,呼吸及循环系统畸形69例,其他畸形96例,双胎畸形6例,所有病例均经正常分娩或引产后尸检证实。结论:超声诊断先天性胎儿畸形的基础是胎儿形态上的改变,其作用巨大,大多数先天性胎儿畸形均可以由超声检出,超声是产前检查胎儿畸形的首选方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in prenatal screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 254 cases of fetal malformations from June 2006 to July 2008 at 13 weeks to 38 weeks. Results: There were 28 cases of neurological malformations, 29 cases of digestive system malformations, 26 cases of urinary system malformations, 69 cases of respiratory and circulatory system malformations, 96 cases of other malformations and 6 cases of twin malformations. All cases were verified by autopsy or postnatal autopsy . Conclusion: Ultrasound diagnosis of congenital fetal malformation is based on fetal morphological changes, its effect is huge. Most congenital fetal malformations can be detected by ultrasound. Ultrasound is the preferred method of prenatal examination of fetal malformations.
