本文报告两例人造瓣膜感染性心内膜炎合并脑血管病。指出这种脑血管病临床表现有一定特殊性。头颅ＣＴ和腰穿ＣＳＦ检查是有力诊断依据，其病因可能为细菌性动脉炎或动脉瘤，强调抗感染治疗的重要性。
This article reports two cases of artificial valve infective endocarditis with cerebrovascular disease. Pointed out that this clinical manifestations of cerebrovascular disease has a certain particularity. Head CT and lumbar puncture CSF examination is a powerful diagnosis, the etiology may be bacterial arteritis or aneurysm, emphasizing the importance of anti-infective treatment.
