目的:建立中药陆英高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(80∶20),光电二极管阵列检测器,检测波长215nm,流速0.8mL/min,柱温30℃。结果建立了中药陆英的指纹图谱,确定了10个共有峰,各陆英样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上,可用于陆英药材的定性鉴别。结论所建立的HPLC指纹图谱具有良好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,可以作为陆英质量评价的主要依据之一,同时为深入研究中药陆英的质量标准提供了实验基础。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Chinese traditional medicine Lu Ying and provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality. Methods: The column was Kromasil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (80:20), photodiode array detector at a detection wavelength of 215nm and a flow rate of 0.8mL / min, column temperature 30 ℃. Results Fingerprint of Lu Ying was established and 10 common peaks were identified. The similarity of fingerprints and control fingerprints of Lu-Ying samples were all above 0.9, which could be used for qualitative identification of Lu-Ying herbs. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint has good precision, reproducibility and stability, which can be used as one of the main bases for the quality evaluation of Lu Ying. At the same time, it provides an experimental basis for further study on the quality standard of Lu Ying.
