将层次分析法运用于汽车零部件企业的流水线投资项目的风险评价体系中,由经济、技术、设备、质量、管理、环境的六个项目风险类型下的23个指标构建了项目风险评价系统的层次结构模型,确定了各指标的权重,以评价导致该项目总风险的主要因素。最后得到了建筑资金短缺、产品技术落伍、设备价格差异、产品合格率低与产品性能不稳定等五个因素最能引起项目总风险的上升。层次分析法使得项目风险各因素的重要程度得以合理量化,为项目风险控制的设计提供有力参考。
Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to risk assessment system of assembly line investment projects of auto parts enterprises. The project risk assessment system is constructed by 23 indicators under the six project risk types of economy, technology, equipment, quality, management and environment Hierarchical model determines the weight of each index to evaluate the main factors leading to the total risk of the project. Finally, the five factors of construction fund shortage, outdated product technology, equipment price difference, product qualification rate and product performance instability can cause the total project risk to rise. Analytic Hierarchy Process makes the importance of each factor of project risk reasonably quantified, which provides a powerful reference for the design of project risk control.
