宝钢在党建工作中形成“围绕中心做工作,进入管理起作用”的基本思路。在党建工作中如何正确地把握“围绕中心”的结合点,找准“进入管理”的切入点?这是基层单位在党建工作实践中都在探索和创新的课题。2011年,宝钢梅山医院在党建工作中首次开展了管理培训,在实施培训中积极探索医院党组织基于实施管理培训实现“围绕中心”和“进入管理”开展党建工作的基本做法。
