目的了解任职教育学员的人格特征及其影响因素,为今后更有针对性开展心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法应用艾森克人格问卷调查某军医大学任职教育学员,并进行不同群体间的比较。结果男学员的E分、N分、L分、女学员的E分、N分和全国常模比较有统计学差异(t=3.396、-3.260、-2.580、3.152、-4.355,P<0.05);不同军种、专业学员的N、P、L比较有统计学差异(F=2.688、3.262、3.896、6.624、5.494、5.277,P<0.05)。结论任职教育学员具有情绪稳定、性格外向、掩饰性较低的人格特征,心理健康状况较好;专业和军种是其影响因素。
Objective To understand the personality traits of serving students and their influencing factors, and to provide a basis for more targeted psychological health education in the future. Methods Eysenck Personality Questionnaire was used to investigate the working education students in a military medical university and to compare the different groups. Results Male students’ E score, N score, L score, female student’s E score, N score and national norm showed statistically significant difference (t = 3.396, -3.260, -2.580,3.152, -4.355, P <0.05) ; N, P, L of different military and professional trainees were statistically significant (F = 2.688,3.262,3.896,6.624,5.494,5.277, P <0.05). Conclusion Apprenticeship students have the characteristics of emotional stability, extroverted, low-lying personality, mental health is better; professional and service are its influencing factors.
