受原国家经委委托,我们在1987~1988年开展《乡镇企业宏观管理》课题研究时,选择参加协作研究的10市11个县(区)所有乡、村两级5600企业开展了有关宏观管理的问卷调检并作了计算机处理。运算所提供的各种数据和答案,为剖析我国发达地区不同类型乡镇企业发展中存在的问题,进而探索加强、完善乡镇企业宏观管理的途径,构画出一个初步的框架。一、样本企业经济状况 1、本报告所调查的样本企业共5600个,其中按所有制分组:乡(镇)办企业1297个,占23.2%;村办企业4080个,占2.9%;中外合资企业34个,占0.6%;与国营联办企业148个,占2.6%;乡村联办企业41个,占0.7%。
Under the entrustment of the former State Economic Commission, we conducted research on the “macro-management of township enterprises” from 1987 to 1988, and selected 5600 companies from 10 counties, 11 counties (districts), and 10 towns and villages that participated in collaborative research to conduct macroeconomic management. The questionnaire was checked and computerized. The various data and answers provided by the calculations provide an initial framework for analyzing the problems existing in the development of different types of township enterprises in developed regions in China, and then exploring ways to strengthen and improve macro management of township and village enterprises. I. Economic status of sample enterprises 1. There are 5,600 sample enterprises surveyed in this report, which are grouped by ownership: 1297 township (town)-owned enterprises, accounting for 23.2%; 4080 village-run enterprises, accounting for 2.9%; Sino-foreign joint ventures 34, accounting for 0.6%; with the state-run joint ventures 148, accounting for 2.6%; 41 rural joint ventures, accounting for 0.7%.
