黑龙江省种子协会于1991年6月12～13日在宁安县召开了第三届代表大会暨学术讨论会。会议传达了中国科协四大和黑龙江省科协四大会议精神;听取并讨论通过了黑龙江省种子协会第二届理事会的工作报告;听取了黑龙江省种子工作形势的报告;选举产生了黑龙江省种子协会第三届理事会;进行了学术交流和讨论,评选了优秀论文;表彰奖励了优秀论文作者和协会优秀工作者。
Heilongjiang Province Seed Association on June 12, 1991 to 13 held in Ning'an County, the Third Congress and Symposium. The meeting convened the spirit of the four conferences of China Association for Science and Technology and the four conferences of Heilongjiang Association of Science and Technology; listened to and discussed and approved the work report of the second council of Heilongjiang Province Seed Association; listened to the report on the working situation of seeds in Heilongjiang Province; elected Heilongjiang Province Seeds Association third council; conducted academic exchanges and discussions, selected outstanding papers; commended the outstanding authors and outstanding workers association.
