全球经济发展格局不断变化,非洲经济增势相对强劲,亚洲发展中经济体仍居世界最快,中国经济发展水平也不断提高,我国企业承担的市场竞争压力不断增强,企业竞争更加严峻。在这种新形势的推动下,中小企业要想在当前激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,就需要不断提升自身管理水平,促进企业的特色化发展,为社会创造更多的经济效益。可是,企业的持续快速发展受很多因素的影响,如与员工的工作效率是密不可分的。所以,新时期中小企业经营管理者要想使企业在市场竞争中永葆青春,就要利用好企业的各项资源,如:员工的工作力量,调动员工工作积极性,为企业创造更多的效益。本文通过对我国当前中小企业员工管理中出现的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,例如员工薪酬福利补贴等,促进中小企业员工工作积极性的提升,从而推动企业自身的长远发展。
The pattern of global economic development is constantly changing. The economic growth in Africa is relatively strong. Asia’s developing economies are still among the fastest growing in the world. China’s economic development is also constantly improving. The pressure of market competition undertaken by Chinese enterprises is constantly increasing, and the competition among enterprises is even more severe. Driven by this new situation, if SMEs need to be invincible in the current fierce market competition, they will need to constantly improve their management level, promote the special development of enterprises and create more economic benefits for the society. However, the rapid and sustained growth of a business is affected by many factors, such as the efficiency of its employees. Therefore, in order to make enterprises keep their youth forever in the market competition, the managers of SMEs in the new era should make good use of various resources of the enterprise, such as the work force of employees, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and create more benefits for the enterprises . This article analyzes the problems in current SME staff management in our country and puts forward some countermeasures such as the remuneration and welfare allowance of employees to promote the enthusiasm of SME employees to promote their own long-term development.
