本文建立了在同一液相色谱条件下测定混制剂中2甲4氯、莠去津和莠灭净含量的方法。本方法采用XTerraRP18柱,用甲醇-乙酸溶液(50:50体积比)为流动相,在检测波长210nm下,外标法对试样中的2甲4氯、莠去津和莠灭净进行定量分析。分析结果表明2甲4氯、莠去津和莠灭净的线性相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9993、0.9994;标准偏差分别为0.037、0.085、0.069;变异系数分别为0.48%、0.79%、0.43%;平均回收率分别为98.51%、102.60%、99.09%。
In this paper, a method for the determination of 2-MCPD, atrazine and ametryn in the mixture under the same HPLC conditions was established. This method uses XTerraRP18 column with methanol-acetic acid solution (50:50 volume ratio) as the mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 210nm, the external standard method for the determination of the 2 A 4 chlorine, atrazine and ametryn net quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of A, C, A and A were 0.9995, 0.9993 and 0.9994, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.037, 0.085 and 0.069, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.48%, 0.79% and 0.43% respectively. The average recoveries were 98.51%, 102.60% and 99.09%, respectively.
