The State Sports Commission held a seminar on sports system in various countries in the world from November 4 to November 9, 1993 in Xiamen, Fujian. This conference is conducted in two ways: thesis report and seminar. The main contents are as follows: The comparison of EC system between the 12 countries; The structure and characteristics of the Canadian competitive sports system; The comparison between China and foreign countries on the reform and improvement of the sports leadership system; The analysis of the Japanese sports industry towards commercialization;
