目的探讨maspin和p53在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取河北省盐山县人民医院及天津市第五中心医院共96例乳腺癌标本及25例正常乳腺组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测maspin和p53的表达情况,分析其与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征间的关系及二者的相关性。结果 96例乳腺癌标本中,maspin表达阳性率为44.79%(43/96),明显低于其在正常乳腺组织中的表达〔72.00%(18/25),χ2=5.8738,P=0.015 4〕;p53表达阳性率为61.46%(59/96),明显高于其在正常乳腺组织中的表达〔8.00%(2/25),χ2=20.5869,P=0.0000〕。maspin和p53阳性表达均与肿瘤TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而均与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型及组织学分级无关(P>0.05),且maspin阳性表达与p53阳性表达呈负相关(rs=-0.447,P=0.000)。结论 maspin和p53在乳腺癌演进过程中扮演重要角色,提示二者可作为预测乳腺癌生物学行为及预后的参考指标,并为乳腺癌的治疗提供了新的研究靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of maspin and p53 in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 96 breast cancer specimens and 25 normal breast tissues were collected from Yan Shan County People’s Hospital of Hebei Province and Tianjin No.5 Central Hospital. The expressions of maspin and p53 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the pathological features and their correlation. Results The positive rate of maspin in breast cancer specimens was 44.79% (43/96), which was significantly lower than that in normal breast tissues (72.00% (18/25), χ2 = 5.8738, P = 0.015 4) ; The positive rate of p53 expression was 61.46% (59/96), which was significantly higher than that in normal breast tissue [8.00% (2/25), χ2 = 20.5869, P = 0.0000]. The positive expression of maspin and p53 were correlated with the TNM staging and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with the age, tumor size, histological type and histological grade (P> 0.05), and maspin positive and p53 positive Expression was negatively correlated (rs = -0.447, P = 0.000). Conclusion maspin and p53 play an important role in the development of breast cancer, suggesting that they may serve as a reference index for predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer and provide a new research target for the treatment of breast cancer.
