一、前言有关钢和铸铁渗硫的研究报告,已绎发表了不少,但这些方法主要都是用加有硫或硫化物的氮化盐浴,在处理材料表面同时渗硫和氮化,故可以称为硫氮共渗法。这种方法因盐浴中含有氰化物或氰酸盐,它不仅造成公害,而且生产上长期使用时,会引起盐浴变质劣化,要经常得到均匀的硫氮共渗层,则需要较高的盐浴管理技术。那么,气体硫氮共渗如可得到与盐浴处理同样的硫氮共渗层,而保持以一定成份的气氛供给被处理材料的表面,是容易做到的。因此,这就既能够实现均匀处理,同时又控制了公害发生。
