目的通过检测IL-19在结核病患者外周血中的表达,探讨IL-19在肺结核发病机制中的作用。方法研究对象包括初诊肺结核患者34例和正常对照50例,RT-PCR检测外周血单核细胞中IL-19mRNA的表达,酶联免疫吸附法测定外周血清IL-19的水平。结果IL-19在结核病患者外周血单核细胞及血清中的表达均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论IL-19可能参与了肺结核的发病。
Objective To investigate the role of IL-19 in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis by detecting the expression of IL-19 in the peripheral blood of patients with tuberculosis. Methods: The study included 34 cases of newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis and 50 cases of normal control. The expression of IL-19 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by RT-PCR and the level of IL-19 in peripheral blood was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The expression of IL-19 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and serum of patients with tuberculosis was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusion IL-19 may be involved in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
