利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立某型号推土机转向离合器输入轴在转矩载荷作用下的有限元模型,并对其进行有限元分析,得到传动轴危险部位的应力与应变结果。结果表明在花键或有过渡圆角的部位最易发生失效。
The ANSYS Workbench software is used to establish the finite element model of the input shaft of the steering clutch of a certain type of bulldozer under the torque load. The finite element analysis is carried out to obtain the stress and strain results of the dangerous part of the transmission shaft. The results show that spline or transition fillet most prone to failure.
