较传统的直杆灌注桩,带盘灌注桩在承载力方面有着明显的优势。但由于常规的挤扩法生产的挤扩带盘灌注桩存在施工工艺复杂、质量难以保证等缺陷,阻碍了该新桩型的推广应用。本文介绍的钻孔扩盘机营造带盘灌注桩的施工方法,是由扩臂刀旋转切削土体自动生成锥形盘腔系,同时实现了钻、扩一体,使施工工艺大为简化,为传统钻孔灌注桩的技术升级提供了有效途径。
