目的:探讨迷迭香提取物的降血脂功效。方法:将雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为5组,分别饲喂基础饲料(正常组)、高脂饲料(模型组)和添加质量分数为0.25%、0.5%、1%迷迭香提取物的高脂饲料(剂量组),12周后,采集血清及各组织样本,检测血脂相关指标。结果:饲喂高脂饲料可成功建立高血脂动物模型,迷迭香提取物可有效降低高脂膳食小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)含量及动脉粥样硬化指数(AI),提高HDL-C含量,肝脏中TC、TG含量也有显著性降低,同时血清和肝脏中MDA生成下降,抗氧化酶活性提高。结论:迷迭香提取物可有效降低小鼠的血脂水平,预防并减少动脉硬化的发生,提高血清及肝脏的抗氧化水平。
Objective: To investigate the hypolipidemic effect of rosemary extract. Methods: Male C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups and fed with basal diet (normal group), high fat diet (model group) and 0.25%, 0.5%, 1% Of high-fat diet (dose group), 12 weeks later, the serum and tissue samples were collected, serum lipid-related indicators. Results: Hyperlipidemia animal model was successfully established by feeding high-fat diet. The rosemary extract could effectively reduce the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C) and atherosclerosis index (AI). The levels of HDL-C and HDL-C in the liver were also significantly decreased. Meanwhile, the production of MDA in serum and liver decreased and the activity of antioxidant enzymes increased. Conclusion: Rosemary extract can effectively reduce the blood lipid level of mice, prevent and reduce the occurrence of atherosclerosis and increase the anti-oxidative level of serum and liver.
