通过利用昆虫针扎死小幼虫和用蜜糖水诱杀成虫等人为控制措施,设置每个处理斑潜蝇虫量分别为 20、 100、 200、 300、 400、 600头,以此观察美洲斑潜蝇不同虫口密度对黄瓜产量的影响及损失。结果表明,在控制虫口密度范围内,其对黄瓜造成的产量损失率为 0.51%~ 19.20%,并以此测算出在当地生产条件下,美洲斑潜蝇的防治指标为百株虫量 1 050~ 1 190头。
