自今年以来,为掌握客户的用电需求,及时调整服务方式,改进工作作风,完善服务理念,玉林供电局积极开展大型走访服务活动。4月2日下午,城区分局领导带领优质服务小分队到城东经济开发区开展“走百厂、进千商、入万户”优质服务大走访。服务小分队先后深入广西玉林市宝炬电线电缆有限公司、玉林市品华居食品有限公司、广西绿苑米业有限公司等大用户进行现场走访。每到一处,客户经理们仔细倾听用户的用电服务方面的建议及要求,对客户提出的意见和建议,能解决的当场给予合理的解决方案;一时无法解决的现场做了记录。在走访广西绿苑米业有限公司时,分局领导与该公司负责人进行了详细沟通,并详细了解该企业当前生产、销售情况和未来用电需求,征求供电服务意见和建议,并帮助企业解答用电的疑点难点问题。
