本文报告了正常雄性小鼠给E_2后不同时间骨髓核内雌激素受体(ER)的含量.雄性小鼠注射E_2(100μg/只)后按照Clark等的方法制备骨髓核悬液并用〔~3H〕E_2交换法测核内ER量.以注射E_2后雌性小鼠的子宫作为阳性对照.结果发现未给药雄性小鼠骨髓核ER量极低,给药后6h上升达高峰(P<0.01).从而肯定了E_2作用下,骨髓细胞核内有ER的聚集,为探索雌激素对骨髓造血组织的作用机制提供线索.
This article reports the levels of estrogen receptor (ER) in bone marrow of normal male mice at various time points after E_2 injection.Male mice were injected E_2 (100μg / mouse) E_2 exchange method to determine the amount of ER.With the uterus of female mice injected E_2 as a positive control, the results showed that the non-administration of male mice bone marrow nuclear ER was very low, peaked 6h after administration reached the peak (P <0.01) Thus, it was confirmed that there was ER accumulation in the nucleus of marrow cells under the action of E_2, providing a clue for exploring the mechanism of action of estrogen on the hematopoietic tissue of bone marrow.
