以稀土和钼为助剂用浸渍法和混碾法制备出一系列无铬铁系催化剂,同时运用XRD、TPR和TPD对催化剂的表面性质和CeO2、MoO3的作用进行了研究。实验结果表明,CeO2、MoO3能较大幅度地增加铁系催化剂的活性。CeO2与FeO3-MoO3催化剂之间发生了相互作用,MoO3能改善催化剂的氧化步骤,水的配位吸附是中温变换反应的低温活性中心,解离吸附是中变反应的高温活性中心。
A series of non-ferrochromium-based catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and milling method with rare earth and molybdenum as additives. The surface properties of catalysts and the effects of CeO 2 and MoO 3 were also studied by XRD, TPR and TPD. The experimental results show that, CeO2, MoO3 can significantly increase the activity of iron-based catalysts. The interaction between CeO2 and FeO3-MoO3 catalyst, MoO3 can improve the catalyst oxidation step, the coordination adsorption of water is the low temperature active center of the mid-temperature shift reaction, and the dissociative adsorption is the high temperature active center of the mid-temperature reaction.
