众所周知,环空测试技术是在抽油井的油管套管环形空间起下井仪器时直接测取该油井生产的动态参数的一种新的测井试井方法,诸多现场施工经验表明,这种技术是经济而有效的。但是,因为油套环形空间的通道较窄,且油井井况变化复杂,导致了在抽油井的油套环形空间起下井仪器的时候经常出现出钢丝缠绕油管柱等事故,且事故发生率接近30%,严重妨碍了这一技术的研究推广。结合多年现场施工经验,本文全面分析了钢丝缠绕油管柱的原因,并对其预防和排除方法进行了深入研究,从而为提高环空测试的现场成功率,并创造良好的经济和技术效益做出有益探索。
