目的:编制适用于中国大学生的生涯阻碍因素量表。方法:参考台湾及国外学者的研究,并对大学生进行深入访谈,形成大学生生涯阻碍因素量表的初始条目。以湖北和四川两省的830名大学生为被试进行施测,通过项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和相关分析等,形成最终问卷。结果:中国大学生生涯发展阻碍因素量表由52个题目,8个维度构成。验证性因素分析结果表明,所提取的8个因素模型拟合较好,量表各维度的信度系数在0.72~0.87之间,各维度之间相关系数为0.31~0.60。量表总分不存在显著的性别差异,但是在性别偏见、家庭责任和他人支持三个维度上存在显著差异。结论:中国大学生生涯发展阻碍因素量表具有比较好的信度和效度。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare a career block for Chinese college students. Methods: With reference to the researches of Taiwanese and foreign scholars, we conducted in-depth interviews with college students and formed the initial entries of the scale of career obstruction of college students. A total of 830 college students from Hubei and Sichuan provinces were enrolled as test subjects, and the final questionnaire was formed through project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Results: The scale of career development in Chinese college students was composed of 52 topics and 8 dimensions. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the eight factors extracted from the model fit well, and the reliability coefficients of each dimension of the scale range from 0.72 to 0.87 with the correlation coefficients of 0.31 to 0.60. There is no significant gender difference in the total score, but there are significant differences in the three dimensions of gender bias, family responsibilities and others support. Conclusion: The scale of career development in Chinese college students has good reliability and validity.
