在现在社会,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在我国得到的不断的发展和广泛的应用,推动了建筑领域内施工管理模式的更新以及技术革新。BIM的一个很大的优点是能够在很短的时间内发现并妥善解决技术人员在项目规划施工过程中所遇到的困难以及工作人员之间的沟通问题。本文从BIM技术在工程管理层面的价值出发,对目前的BIM技术遇到的问题进行分析,这主要体现在BIM软件集成环境的部署方面、项目管理水平以及标准规范等方面,根据这些问题制定合理的措施。最后提出了BIM技术在我国可能的三种发展模式,包括科研转化为竞争力模式、全生命周期应用模式和工程管理全面融合模式。
In the modern society, the continuous development and extensive application of BIM technology in our country has promoted the update of construction management mode and technological innovation in the field of construction. A great advantage of BIM is that it can find out and properly solve the problems encountered by technicians in the process of project planning and construction and the communication between staffs in a very short period of time. Based on the value of BIM technology in engineering management, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in BIM technology, which is mainly reflected in the aspects of the deployment of BIM software integration environment, project management standards and standards and so on.
