具有足够长径比的超细硅灰石针状粉在工业上有着极高的应用价值,提高硅灰石产品的长径比,关键在于粉碎过程中保持矿物原有的结晶结构。硅灰石针状粉超细粉碎技术的关键是如何使加工过程更趋符合其粉碎机理的要求,但目前还有一定的差距。本文的目的就在于总结现有的硅灰石超细粉碎技术,找出存在的问题,提出设想,以便促进该技术的更大发展。
The superfine wollastonite acicular powder with sufficient aspect ratio has a high industrial application value. The key to improve the aspect ratio of the wollastonite product is to keep the original crystal structure of the mineral during the grinding process. Wollastonite acicular powder grinding technology is the key to how to make the process more in line with its crushing mechanism requirements, but there are still some gaps. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the existing wollastonite ultrafine grinding technology to find out the existing problems and put forward the ideas to promote the further development of the technology.
