研制了简易型长光程薄层光谱电化学池。以此池研究了亚甲蓝及[Cu(NH_3)_4]~(2+)/Cu(NH_3)_2]~+氧化还原体系的吸收光谱电化学特性,测定了其式量电位 E~(0′)及反应得失电子数 n,推测了亚甲蓝表观电极反应式,其结果与 CV 法基本一致。提出了定量衡量光谱电化学讯号灵敏度的摩尔吸收/电位比。
A simple and long optical pathlength thin-film spectroscopy electrochemical cell was developed. The absorption spectra of methylene blue and [Cu (NH_3) _4] ~ (2 +) / Cu (NH_3) _2] ~ + redox systems were studied by this cell. ’) And the number of electrons in the reaction have been deduced, suggesting that the methylene blue apparent electrode reaction, the results are basically the same with the CV method. A molar absorption / potential ratio that quantitatively measures the sensitivity of spectral electrochemical signals is proposed.
