采用氧化镁(MgO)部分取代氢氧化钠(NaOH)作为漂白碱源,在不同的用碱量和氧化镁取代比例下,对杨木化学热磨机械浆(CTMP)进行碱性过氧化氢(H2O2)漂白。结果表明:随着MgO取代NaOH比例从0增加到100%,漂白废液的污染负荷明显下降,CODCr降低62.3%,阳离子需求量减少34.2%,残余H2O2含量增幅164%;浆张松厚度提高13.8%,但强度有所下降,其中抗张指数降低35%,撕裂指数降低43%;白度均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;纸浆的纤维长度降低12.4%,细小纤维含量增加31.3%。
Using partially substituted sodium hydroxide (MgO) as the bleaching alkali source, the poplar chemical mechanical milling (CTMP) was treated with alkaline hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2) bleach. The results showed that as the proportion of MgO substituted NaOH increased from 0 to 100%, the pollution load of bleaching effluent decreased obviously, the CODCr decreased 62.3%, the cation demand decreased 34.2% and the content of residual H2O2 increased 164% %, But the strength decreased. The tensile index decreased by 35% and the tear index decreased by 43%. The whiteness showed the first increase and then decreased. The fiber length decreased by 12.4% and the fine fiber content increased by 31.3%.
