为满足医院输液过程管理及控制自动化的需要,对各种检测控制方案以及通信方式做了分析对比,研制了一种基于CAN总线的医用输液监控系统。该系统由现场智能节点、监控计算机和CAN网络三个部分组成,具有输液速度检测、输液量检测、脉搏检测、报警以及数据显示等多种功能。介绍了传感器、智能节点和CAN总线接口的硬件设计以及输液信息管理软件的设计。测试结果表明,系统安全可靠,功耗低,操作方便,抗干扰能力强,在医疗卫生领域中具有广泛的应用前景。
In order to meet the needs of hospital infusion process management and control automation, a variety of test control programs and communication methods were analyzed and compared, and a CAN-based medical infusion monitoring system was developed. The system consists of on-site intelligent nodes, monitoring computer and CAN network composed of three parts, with infusion speed detection, infusion volume detection, pulse detection, alarm and data display and other functions. The hardware design of sensor, intelligent node and CAN bus interface and the design of infusion information management software are introduced. The test results show that the system is safe, reliable, low power consumption, easy to operate, strong anti-interference ability and has a wide range of applications in the field of health care.
