神经干细胞(neuralstemsells,NSCs)具有多向分化潜能和自我更新能力及低免疫源性,从人和动物的胚胎和成体神经组织均可获得神经干细胞,体外培养或定向诱导分化后可做为移植治疗神经系统疾病的理想细胞来源。通过各种手段使内源性神经干细胞与移植的神经干细胞分化为适当的神经细胞来重建受损的神经结构,从而促进丧失的神经功能恢复。神经干细胞向病变部位的趋向迁徙性使其成为理想的药物与基因载体用于治疗恶性肿瘤和一些遗传性疾病。神经干细胞移植治疗神经系统疾病具有广阔的应用前景。
Neural stem cells (NSCs) have multidirectional differentiation potential, self-renewal ability and low immunogenicity. Neural stem cells can be obtained from human and animal embryos and adult nerve tissues, and can be used as transplantation therapy in vitro or in vitro An ideal source of cells for nervous system diseases.
