针对矿井岩层倾角大、地应力水平高、巷道穿越不同岩层等围岩条件,以埋深1 300 m的深部矿区典型矿井延伸巷道为例,在原支护参数存在问题分析与支护效果评价的基础上,对支护参数选取原则和巷道围岩控制方法进行研究。通过井下地质力学测试、围岩变形破坏特征分析,提出深部大倾角复合岩层巷道全断面强力复合支护与巷道关键部位强化支护的设计理念。通过对高刚度强力护表构件、全长高预应力注浆锚索、锚杆高效减摩装置的开发与应用,满足了深部高应力复合岩层巷道围岩综合控制的需要。结果表明:“全断面强力锚网支护与注浆加固为一体”的综合围岩控制技术,能够解决深井高应力巷道围岩变形量大、持续时间长、破坏严重的支护难题,实现了深井岩巷围岩的一次有效支护,避免了服务期间的二次支护和反复维修。
Aiming at the condition of large rock dip of coal strata, high level of ground stress and surrounding rock conditions such as roadway crossing different rock strata, taking the typical mine extension roadway of deep mine with a depth of 1 300 m as an example, based on the existing problems of support parameters and the evaluation of supporting effect On the selection of support parameters and roadway surrounding rock control methods. Through the underground geomechanical test and the analysis of deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock, the design concept of strong composite support of full section and deep support of key part of roadway in deep large dip composite rock roadway is put forward. Through the development and application of high stiffness and strong retaining member, full-length high prestressed grouting anchor cable and high-efficiency anti-friction device, the requirements of surrounding rock comprehensive control in deep high stress composite rock are satisfied. The results show that the comprehensive surrounding rock control technology of “full-face powerful anchor bolting support and grouting reinforcement” can solve the problem of large deformation, long duration and serious damage of surrounding rock in high-stress deep tunnel, An effective support for the surrounding rock of deep rock roadway is realized, which avoids secondary support and repeated maintenance during service.
