本文以萘系FDN减水剂为母体,复合多种有机物、无机物组分,制备了新型高效减水保塑剂。通过净浆、砂浆流动度实验及混凝土坍落度经时损失等实验,优选出最佳复合组分。工程应用情况表明,新型高效减水保塑剂可弥补原有萘系减水剂坍落度经时损失大、与膨胀剂相容性不好等缺点,适用于配制早强、高强、自密实、泵送钢管混凝土。
In this paper, FDN superplasticizer naphthalene as the parent compound, a variety of organic compounds, inorganic components, prepared a new superplasticizer plasticizer. Through the experiment of clear paste, fluidity of mortar and the loss of concrete slump over time, the best composite components were selected. Engineering application shows that the new superplasticizer can make up for the loss of the former naphthalene superplasticizer slump loss over time, poor compatibility with the expander and other shortcomings, suitable for the preparation of early strength, high strength, self-compaction , Pumping steel tube concrete.
