飞机雷达天线罩,作为机载雷达的电磁窗口,一般是用玻璃纤维布或增强玻璃纤维与蜂窝夹芯或泡沫夹芯组成,雷达天线罩受力环境非常恶劣,因为雷达罩会产生进水现象,从而影响雷达罩电磁介电系数,进而影响雷达工作性能。本文分析了雷达罩进水原因,以及现行的无损检测雷达罩进水3种方法,并且针对C夹层天线罩提出了去湿方法。
