通过问题分析和概念辨析，探讨了科技期刊编辑部体制改革的可行路径，认为：编辑部体制改革的阻力来自认识上的分歧而不是对改革的否定；期刊的出版包括编辑与出版、学术与经营2部分活动，应该关照不同的属性；编辑部体制改革的目的是将能经营、可经营的部分经营起来；应该根据主办单位的需求和期刊的功能定位选择不同的出版模式。“,”Based on the analysis of the problems and concepts of editorial department system reform of sci-tech journals, we discuss some possible ways for the reform. We consider that resistance in the reform comes more from the cognitional divergence than from the negation to the reform; since journal publishing consists of two parts, i. e. , editing & publishing, and academy & management, the reform should take into account different attributes of journal publishing; the utmost goal of the reform is to successfully manage those journals that could be managed; sci-tech journal publishing modes should be optional according to the publishers" requirements and functional orientation of the journals.
