对发生预应力混凝土箱梁在张拉过程中发现底板混凝土剥落的事故原因进行了分析,并给出了处理措施。首先,对箱梁底板混凝土剥落事故发生的情况进行了说明。其次,箱梁底板混凝土剥落事故发生的情况进行分析:剥落区预应力管道因未有效固定造成局部上浮,导致了张拉时对混凝土结构产生过大的径向拉应力。最后,给出了箱梁底板混凝土剥落事故的处理措施。通过竣工后6年来通车效果来看,修补的效果非常好,达到了设计和使用要求。
The cause of the concrete slab shedding during the tensioning of prestressed concrete box girder was analyzed and the treatment measures were given. First of all, the case of concrete floor slab shedding accident is described. Secondly, the concrete box spalling accident occurred: the prestressed pipe in the spalling area was not effectively fixed due to local floating, resulting in excessive radial tensile stress on the concrete structure. Finally, the treatment measures of concrete spalling on the floor of box girder are given. Through the completion of 6 years after the opening effect, the effect of repair is very good, reached the design and use requirements.
