目的通过对食品和公共场所从业人员的预防性健康检查资料进行分析,为管理相关行业提供科学依据。方法对2006—2007年在福州市疾病预防控制中心体检的食品和公共场所从业人员检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果在110879人次从业人员中,检出职业禁忌人员7650人,其中HBsAg阳性人数为7452人,占职业禁忌者的97.41%肠道带菌94人,ALT升高者91人,肺结核104人。不同年龄组的HBsAg阳性携带率之间,差异有统计学意义(χ2=166.372,P<0.01)。男、女性的HBsAg携带率差异有统计学意义(χ2=405.045,P<0.01)。结论应加强对低年龄组及流动性较大的职业人群的管理,认真做好各项检查工作,规范健康检查工作。
Objective To analyze the preventive health checkups of food and public employees and provide scientific basis for managing related industries. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the inspection results of food and public employees examined at the Fuzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2006 to 2007. Results Among the 110,879 employees, 7650 people were detected in occupational taboos, among which 7452 were positive for HBsAg, 94.4% for intestinal occupational contraindications, 94 for enteral feeding, 91 for elevated ALT, and 104 for tuberculosis. The positive rate of HBsAg in different age groups was statistically significant (χ2=166.372, P<0.01). The difference in the carrier rate of HBsAg between male and female was statistically significant (χ2=405.045, P<0.01). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management of the low-age group and the more mobile professional population, do a good job of various inspections, and standardize the health inspection.
