针对4CrW2Si钢的离子氮化过程,基于ARM9嵌入式实时控制系统,设计了对4CrW2Si钢的N/H比值、流量、氮化温度和氮化时间四个工艺参数的控制过程,并进行了PID对4CrW2Si钢件离子氮化性能影响的研究。结果表明:与离子氮化过程未进行数字控制的钢件相比,经过PID自整定控制的钢件渗层深度、表面硬度、耐磨性、抗高温氧化性均得到明显提高,离子氮化质量稳定性也得到改善。
Aiming at the ion nitriding process of 4CrW2Si steel, the control process of four process parameters of N / H ratio, flow rate, nitriding temperature and nitriding time of 4CrW2Si steel was designed based on ARM9 embedded real-time control system.
