各省、自治区、直辖市广播电视厅(局): 近年来,随着我国改革、开放的不断深入,国内外及国内各地区之间交往的日益增多,各地的宾馆、饭店发展很快。作为流动人员的居住地和重要的社交场所,宾馆、饭店已经成为我国对外开放和信息交流的重要窗口,发挥着非常重要的作用。广泛宣传党的路线、方针、政策,把党和政府、人民的声音传送到社会的每一个角落,是我国各种传媒的职责,也是国内外旅客了解中国、熟悉当地情况的需要。各地宾馆、饭店要在继续贯彻执行1986年1月国办发(1986)6号文件《关于旅游饭店闭路电视的管理办法》的同时,还要转播好国内有关电台、电视台的节目。现就有关问题通知如下: Radio and Television Halls (Bureaus) of All Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities: In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up in our country, the number of contacts at home and abroad and in various regions of China has been on the rise. Hotels and restaurants across the country have enjoyed rapid development. As the place where migrants live and important social places, hotels and restaurants have become an important window for China’s opening up and information exchange, playing a very important role. It is the duty of all kinds of media in our country to widely publicize the party’s line, principles and policies and transmit the voice of the party, government and people to every corner of the society. It is also the need of domestic and foreign tourists to understand China and be familiar with the local conditions. Hotels and restaurants throughout the country should continue to implement the document No.66 (1986) issued by the State Council in January 1986 on the Measures for the Management of Closed Circuit Television in Tourist Hotels, and broadcast the programs of domestic radio and television stations as well.
