目的:建立中药裸花紫珠中木樨草苷和毛蕊花糖苷的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法(HPLC-DAD)选用TSK gel ODS-100V(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%甲酸(50∶50)为流动相;流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温为35℃。检测波长程序为0~20 min,350 nm;20~30 min,330 nm。结果:木樨草苷和毛蕊花糖苷具有良好的线性关系,线性范围分别为:0.079 6~1.194μg(r=0.999 8)、0.612 8~9.192μg(r=0.999 9);两成分的平均加样回收率分别为98.0%(RSD=0.82%)、98.0%(RSD=0.95%)。结论:所建立的方法快速、简便、准确,可用于评价裸花紫珠药材的质量。
