病例介绍章某,女孩,4岁,杭州籍,住院号123290,因发热1周,伴皮疹5天于82年5月23日入院。患儿于入院前1周开始发热。体温38.6～40.9℃,有惊跳,于病后第五天起面颊、颈、背、腹部及四肢皮肤依次发出玫瑰色斑丘疹,无痒感及灼热感,第3天起两膝关节、踝关节肿痛,不能站立,胃纳减少,大小便无殊。病后曾去医院就诊5次,诊断为病毒感染;风湿性关节炎。经用青霉素,链霉素及退热药等无效,来我院急诊住院。
Case description Zhang, girl, 4 years old, Hangzhou nationality, hospital number 123290, due to fever for 1 week, with rash 5 days in May 23, 1982 admission. Body temperature 38.6 ~ 40.9 ℃, with a startled, on the fifth day after the onset of cheeks, neck, back, abdomen and extremities were followed by the skin rose pimple papules, itching and burning sensation, the first three days from the knee, ankle Joint swelling and pain, can not stand, reduce appetite, no special toilet. Have to go to the hospital after the illness five times, diagnosed as viral infection; rheumatoid arthritis. After using penicillin, streptomycin and antipyretics and other invalid, to our emergency hospital.
