摘 要:某鋁车身后减震器座的设计开发过程中,为了使减震器座安装点Y向刚度达到整车性能要求,提出了几种解决方案,利用CAE进行分析,并优化组合,找出能够有效提高刚度的最佳方案。

Abstract:In the design and development process of the rear shock absorber seat of an aluminum car, in order to make the y-direction stiffness of the shock absorber seat installation point meet the vehicle performance requirements, several solutions are put forward, which are analyzed by CAE and optimized to find the best solution to effectively improve the stiffness.
