本文依据方钢管砼短柱的性能,参照素砼的基本材性和焊接方钢管的实测残余应力分布规律,详细分析并建立了方钢管砼构件中两种材料的σ-ε本构关系,并据此建立了方钢管砼轴压柱的切线模量理论临界荷载计算公式和压溃荷载计算方法。文中汇集了国内30根和国外11根试验柱资料,经分析对比,提出了方钢管砼中长轴压柱的实用稳定设计计算方法。
Based on the properties of the square steel tube and short column, the basic properties of the prime resin and the measured residual stress distribution of the welded square steel tube, the σ-ε constitutive relation of the two materials in the square steel tube concrete part is analyzed and established in detail. Based on this, the critical load calculation formula for the tangential modulus of the square steel tubular column compressive column and the calculation method of the crushing load are established. In this paper, data from 30 domestic and 11 foreign test columns are collected. After analysis and comparison, a practical and stable design calculation method for long-axis compression columns in square steel tubes is proposed.
