广东省广州市荔湾区芦荻西小学多年来大力开展信息技术教育科学研究,形成了独特的信息化教育教学风格。2007年,学校初次开展了“教师小课题”的研究,旨在改进教育教学实践和提高教育教学效果,从而形成了“以学校国家、省级课题为引领,教师积极申报市、区级课题,课题相互呼应”的新局面,实现了“树立学校科研品牌、提升教师专业素养、促进学生多元发展”的三赢目标。本文就相关做法进行了详细阐述。
